I cross the Thames every day on my way to and from work. Sometimes I take a train into or out of Cannon Street and cross the river while sitting in a train. Occasionally I take the Underground and don't see the Thames at all. The rest of the time, I walk across either London Bridge or Tower Bridge. There can be much of interest on either of these routes. These pages are devoted to the ships and boats which can be seen using the Thames. They include workhorses, tourist craft and luxury cruise liners. I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoyed photographing them.

The images were scanned using a CanoScan FS2710 film scanner.
