The next recognisable place I passed through after Mount Magnet was Murchison River. I knew I was there because the sign said so! The buildings in the picture below appeared to be the whole of the settlement at Murchison River. |

Murchison River does have a river, and it had some water in it when I passed through. There were some beautiful gum trees growing alongside the water. |

After Murchison River, it was back to wide open spaces and the occasional hill. |

At this point in my travels, I started seeing Sturt's Desert Pea flowers. |
